Founding Engineer - SF onsite - $180k - $275k
We’re looking for a hands-on Founding Engineer to help build cutting-edge AI-powered products and shape the future of our technology. You’ll work closely with a growing team to design, develop, and deploy innovative solutions.
What You’ll Work On
- Core AI Systems: Build and enhance AI-driven features using LLMs, focusing on personalized user experiences and goal-oriented systems.
- Full-Stack Development: Develop scalable systems using Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and modern cloud technologies.
- New Features & Infrastructure: Lead the development of interactive systems like messaging, video calls, and search tools, ensuring smooth user interactions and high performance.
What You Bring
- Expertise in backend and full-stack development using Python and React (or similar)
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Proven experience working with LLMs or AI-powered applications.
- Ability to read and implement research papers, with a creative problem-solving mindset.
- Strong collaboration skills and a proactive, ownership-driven approach.
